The Division

Shared Services India plays a key role in contributing to the development of the bank's global right-shoring and shared operations agenda and works with our CAO's and functions to develop strategies that are focussed on customer needs.

The Specialist Area

This team is responsible for Retail Processing Operations, Debt Management Operations and Mortgages. We provide Concern & Query and 24/7 Web Chat support to our UK Retail counterparts. The PPI teams work on Registration, Calculation, Data Gathering, and Investigations & Payments for customer complaints related to PPI. We also provide 24/7 ‘Bank by Phone' services to RBS Retail Bank – India customers.

The Role:

The Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBA
· B.Com (or) M.Com
· B.B.A.
· B.B.M.
· B.C.A. (Accounting Background)
· B.A.(or) M.A. in Economics, English, History
· B.Sc. (or) M.Sc in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics

Please note: Students with an engineering or IT background are NOT eligible for this role.
