The Division

Shared Services India plays a key role in contributing to the development of the bank's global right-shoring and shared operations agenda and works with our CAO's and functions to develop strategies that are focussed on customer needs.

The Responsibilities

You will join as a Process Associate . When you join us, you become part of a global organization, with 120,000 employees working to serve over 30 million customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.

From day one, you'll be part of a great team, working with your colleagues to support our banking businesses across the globe. Together, you'll be responsible to deliver a high quality service through your work, be it through identifying and verifying customers, processing transactions, answering queries or servicing accounts. Our world-class Learning and Development Centre will equip you with all the skills you'll need to excel in your role. You'll also have the opportunity to build your skills across various divisions and functions.

The Requirements

Post Graduate( Full time ) (Non - IT background,HR)……

Eligibility Criteria:

· MBA
· M.Com
· M.A. in Economics, English, History
· M.Sc in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics
· Graduate with 1+ yrs of relevant experience can also apply.
· Distance/Correspondence PG with 1+ yrs of relevant experience

Please note: Students with an engineering, HR or IT background are NOT eligible for this role.
