The Responsibilities
If you have a passion for people management and customer service coupled with exceptional communication skills, there is an opportunity to join us as Law Enforcement Liaison Manager as part of RBS International. You'll have the opportunity to act as a central point of contact for our colleagues in Financial Crime teams across the whole of RBSI as well as gain exposure across the Law Enforcement Community.

What you'll do
In this role, you'll be providing the central point of contact for the Law Enforcement community, such as the Police and the Courts of Law, as well as our colleagues in Financial Crime teams across RBSI. You'll be responsible for co-ordinating the processing of a variety of requests, which can include Legal Productions Orders, Police disclosures, UK Payments Administration Ltd (UKPA) alerts, fraud reports, Court appearances and witness statements. Ultimately, you'll make sure that any law enforcement investigations that relate to instructions received are efficiently resolved while adhering to relevant security standards, internal and external procedures and legislative requirements.
Day to day, you'll oversee the gathering of key information, documents and customer instructions from a variety of bank records, as well as being responsible for providing witness statements and representing the bank in Court around Legal Production orders for law enforcement agencies when required. You'll also be accountable for the validation and checking of completed work items, making sure that the accuracy that all documents have been maintained, before being delivered to the authorities in a standardised format.

You'll have a strong combination of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently influence conversations. You'll enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to work to your own initiative and identify new customer opportunities.
Ideally, you'll also have:
· Knowledge of MS office applications
· Exceptional time management and organisational skills to manage your workload
· An understanding of data protection act principles
