We're looking for talented individuals who can deliver an outstanding customer experience to join us as a Customer Service Officer to play a significant part in helping us become the best bank Offshore.

What you'll do
As a Customer Service Officer, you‘ll put customers at the centre of your day, making sure they‘re welcomed into the branch, receive a helpful service and leave feeling that they‘re really cared for.
You‘ll proactively help our customers with a range of banking services which meet their needs and educate them on the different ways they can bank with us. We‘ll make sure you‘re fully trained on everything we have to offer, so you‘ll be able to help customers find the products or services that are right for them and can explain their various features and benefits. And by getting to the heart of what each customer needs, you‘ll be able to introduce them to your specialist colleagues and make sure they get the advice that‘s right for them.
What you'll bring
Building relationships, giving straightforward help and going above and beyond our customer‘s expectations are all essential parts of a great service. As a Customer Service Officer, you‘ll be a true people-person, able to talk to customers in a friendly and welcoming way and can bring the attention to detail that‘s so important in this role. You'll have great interpersonal skills, and proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Due to local legislation, you'll need to possess the right to both live and work in the Isle of Man to undertake this role.
How we will reward you
You'll receive a competitive reward package of £17,500 pa. (pro rata for hours worked)
This comprises a base salary of £14,000 pa and an additional 25% of your salary as an allowance. · You'll typically be working during the branches opening hours, and your actual working hours will be discussed at your interview
