The Business

What you'll do
You'll be a valued member of Coutts 24, handling an array of calls with care and attention, and taking real ownership of each and every enquiry. You'll take telephone instructions and respond to clients' requests for information regarding their general banking and credit card transactions. You'll then update Coutts databases with accurate data, and you'll ensure all complaints and complex issues are documented. You'll also stay abreast of the bank's regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
Through effective and comprehensive training and the completion of internal accreditations, this role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills while gaining valuable exposure to a prestigious institution.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you'll have a background in customer service, either face to face or over the phone.
Previous banking experience would certainly be advantageous, but more importantly, you'll possess the drive and enthusiasm to learn and move your career forward.

This role falls under Conduct Rules of the Individual Accountability Regime (IAR) and is subject to pre-employment screening. These roles are based in Premier Place and the offices are situated in an accessible location within the City. The role offers a competitive salary range of £21,672 to £28,896 plus a 25% benefit funding payment, which can be taken in cash.
