The Business
We're looking for a Cash Centre Officer to join our Shared Service Team. This is predominantly a processing role which provides opportunities to develop skills across a variety of teams and processes within Services.

What you'll do
As a Cash Centre Officer, you'll deliver excellent customer service through processing customer cash and coin instructions from a variety of sources. You'll liaise with customers in order to resolve unclear or incomplete instructions. You will also provide support to the Team Managers by overseeing the daily work flow and guide less experienced colleagues in dealing with complex customer requests, in order to develop their own capabilities and to ensure we consistently delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll bring
You'll have a fantastic eye for detail, and a high level of customer focus. You'll have great communication skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - with the ability to build relationships with colleagues in order to ensure we are delivering the highest standard of customer service.
You'll possess good PC skills, able to process a variety of tasks with both speed and accuracy, and have a clear sense of priority.
Due to local legislation, you will need to possess the right to live and work in the Isle of Man to undertake this role.
