Job description
We are seeking individuals who are looking to commit long term. As the successful candidate you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment developing and maintaining mutually beneficial working relationships with all staff. Your highly developed time management skills will be crucial as you work with the team.
The main duties and responsibilities:
Update and record customer enquiries, appointments, or any other relevant customer information in the databases
Provide fast and accurate response to the enquiries made by customers or sales team
Distribute all sales, enquires emails and/or correspondence to the relevant persons
Process customer orders ensuring pricing and codes are correct
Liaising with internal and external customers
Process invoices and payments correctly
Manage order changes and pricing
High volume data entry
Handle all the calls
To be successful in this role you will have:
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Previous experience working within a small / medium environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach in dealing with tasks
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Ability to handle the pressure

Ability to learn quickly
