Property Intern/Short Term

Job description

We are looking for an intern/short term contract to commence with immediate effect.
This is not a typical intern role - you will need to be incredibly pro-active and you will be contributing from the outset. If you are successful in the role then there is a chance that it will be made permanent.
1) You will be responsible for Property Management Inspections. You will therefore need to have a very comprehensive IT skills to make superb presentations.
2) Dealing with customers from the outset - your English needs to be comprehensive and clear.
3) General office organisation and administration
4) Happy to show our properties to applicants.
5) Deal with our overseas portfolio - a second language is not mandatory just preferable.

Desired profile

You will need to be very well presented, articulate and bright with a good work ethic.
Excellent IT skills and able to work indivdually as well as part of a team.
