Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Coordinator – Berkshire
Quintiles are recruiting for a new and exciting role as a Medical Science Liaison Coordinator to work in Newbury. This is a great developmental opportunity for aspiring MSLs of the future!
Working as a MSL Coordinator, you will be involved in a range of activities including assisting in the organisation of internal and external training for the MSL team, being accountable for maintaining the slide library with regards to accuracy in content (amending presentations, literature search, collating new scientific materials), supporting the approval of documentation that needs to be certified, help with approval and organisational activities during sales conferences, pre-advisory boards, satellite symposia etc.
You will also be accountable for coordinating team diaries, arranging weekly teleconferences and monthly team meetings for the MSLs and working directly with the MSL team.
The successful candidate will come from a strong scientific background e.g. pharmacist, or other science graduate qualification, junior medical writer or recent medical information background. You will have good communication, organisational and administrative skills, keen to work in professional environment and take your career forward with the UK's fastest growing Top 12 Pharmaceutical Company, in partnership with Quintiles.

Desired profile
Skills and Experience required:
Strong science background – e.g. Pharmacist / junior medical writer
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organisational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and ability to analyse and work with scientific data
Good IT skills (previous experience with Microsoft PowerPoint)
Awareness of ABPI code is advantageous
