QUABBALA is a lawyers and economists company that was established in 1989. After many years of experience, Quabbala has specialized in different branches of law and economics and has earned an excellent reputation, due to its extensive experience in civil and commercial law, namely in insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, international business and Asian markets.

We are now seeking for Business Administration/Legal Intern for our London office. By doing an internship in Quabbala London, the intern can expect to deepen his/her knowledge on the administration of Insolvency Cases and Tax Handling. In the first instance, the intern is able to assist the lawyers & economists in the elaboration of fiscal reports and opinions. Furthermore, the intern is able to gain insights in the administration of companies that are either in the phase of restructuring or liquidation. As the company also operates on the international level, the intern is able to assist in the development of the client portfolio in the areas of Trade Consulting, Tax Handling, Mergers & Acquisitions and Company Incorporation in Asian Markets.

Required specialized knowledge: The ideal candidate should have at least accomplished the first two years of the corresponding study program (Business or Law).

Preferred language abilities: English – high level. Good Spanish, Chinese or German would be nice to have, but it is not compulsory.

Duration: min. 6 months

Commitment: Full- time (40 hours a week)
