QIDO Energy Development is a young and enthusiastic company in the renewable energy field, whose main activity today is offering independent engineering and business strategy advisory & consultancy services for public and private stakeholders of the energy arena. A lot of our assignments are related to emerging countries.
Our main clients are large utilities, technology providers and international agencies. Our core markets in Europe are Germany and France, in addition to a range of project locations in Africa, the Caribbean, the US, and Eurasia.
We are located in the heart of Berlin
Poste et missions:
You will be:
- Conducting market analysis linked to our current assignments and to future business opportunities in Europe and emerging countries,
- Identifying leads and business opportunities for our different range of consulting activities (business strategy & renewable energy),
- Promoting our existing web based tool (load profiler for rural electrification), engaging with different technology and business partners, identifying areas of potential collaboration,
- Enhancing our on-line visibility and participation to conferences

Profil:
¥ MSc / MBA in relevant field – typically Business School, General Engineering
¥ Proficiency in MAC/PC, Advanced level in MS Office, knowledge of graphic design and publishing software a plus,
¥ Understanding of electricity (basics), knowledge of the energy sector (including renewable) and the different related business models,
¥ Work experience in the energy industry, preferably in the area of renewable energy,
¥ Experience of international environments, interest in working on emerging markets
¥ Fluent English (Spoken and Written) – English is the working language of the company, all docs are to be produced in English. Native English speaker valued. Knowledge of French and/or German a plus.
¥ Excellent organizational and analytical skills, business attitude with relevant planning and reporting concerns top of mind.
