Telecoms 1st Line Support Analyst, Service Desk, Helpdesk, PBX, PABX, PSTN, Telephony, Telecommunications, Mitel, Avaya, Nortel, Siemens, Ericsson, Panasonic, Samsung, Toshiba, NEC, ITIL
1st Line Telecoms Support / Service Desk Analyst is needed to work as part of a busy Telephony system support team. You will be providing first line support to a range of external clients in the Telecommunications field.
Tasks include call logging, resolution of faults and appropriate escalation ensuring that SLAs are met. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, and will also have previously worked in an IT support role or customer service role ideally within and ITIL environment.
Skills / experience required:
- Telecoms support experience or other IT related managed support service
- Customer Support experience
- Service Desk / Helpdesk / Telephone based support experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Ability to provide first class customer service
- An understanding of ITIL would be beneficial
Any experience supporting, setting up and/or configuring telephone systems from vendors such as Mitel, Avaya, Nortel, Siemens, Ericsson, Panasonic, Samsung, Toshiba or NEC is much preferred.

This role is working hours between 08:00 to 18:00 on a rotating shift pattern:
Early shift - 8.00 - 16.30
Mid shift - 9.00 - 17.30
Late shift - 9.30 - 18.00
