Warranty/Installation Engineer

Job description

Our client is seeking a Warranty/Installation Engineer to join their long standing successful business near Earls Colne.

The Role

The main responsibilities include:

• Working with high end ventilation products for the domestic market
• Installing products to end users
• Addressing repairs and after sales enquiries both on the phone and in person
• Providing consultations to the end user on appropriate products
• Training external contractors on the products

The Person

• Part P Electrics Qualification
• Desirable - gas safety certificate
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license
• Experience in installing and servicing the end user
