Job Description

A position on our Head Start School and college leaver programme is one of the best ways of jumping into a career with PwC early. You'll learn and develop the specialist skills our clients look for and value most and study towards a professional qualification, with support from us all the way.

Transaction Services

We support clients in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) sector, advising throughout the deal cycle from planning beforehand to supporting after the deal has gone through. Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is a market leader with many private equity and corporate clients. We regularly advise on some of the largest and most complex cross-border deals. We help clients looking to buy a business, sell all or part of their business, refinance or list on stock exchanges through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

The financial due diligence work we do helps buyers understand what will make a transaction successful. We thoroughly assess a target company’s finances, consider the opportunities and risks and identify potential deal issues. We also work for vendors, independently assessing businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions.

Through this you'll develop a formal understanding of business and develop data analysis and research expertise.
