The PwC Deal
No matter which area of the business you choose to join, all routes offer the same deal. The opportunity to grow as an individual, to meet new people, and build lasting relationships that will stay with you for life. Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a personally tailored benefits package.

Graduate programme
Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career

Deals
Our Deals business focuses on the deals and crisis elements of our business from strategic public office procurement advice, to insolvency of underperforming businesses, from international take-over bids to economic crime investigations, and lots of other projects in between. Our client base is wide, including government offices, Private Equity Houses, family businesses and multinational conglomerates.

Transaction Services
We support clients in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) sector, advising throughout the deal cycle from planning beforehand to supporting after the deal has gone through. Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is a market leader with many private equity and corporate clients. We regularly advise on some of the largest and most complex cross-border deals. We help clients looking to buy a business, sell all or part of their business, refinance or list on stock exchanges through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

The financial due diligence work we do helps buyers understand what will make a transaction successful. We thoroughly assess a target company's finances, consider the opportunities and risks and identify potential deal issues. We also work for vendors, independently assessing businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions.

What you'll gain
You'll study towards the ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). The ACA is your first step to becoming a chartered accountant.
