PVL Properties management business aims at providing outstanding services to its local and international clients from all over the world. The team of professional property consultants operating in central London is dedicated to this mission.

Due to business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Manager to provide efficient support to the team. We are looking for a strong team member who is enthusiastic about real estate, dedicated to provide excellent service and willing to go extra miles in order to achieve great success together.

The Building Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the development at an operational level, delivering and managing the services. The successful candidate must be well organised, confident and hard-working with a can-do attitude.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on buildings and facilities
  • Supervision of all service subcontractors, ensuring that the communal areas and equipment are maintained to a high standard
  • Make sure jobs meet building regulations and health and safety requirements
  • Carry out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order
  • Manage smaller refurbishment /repair projects as required
  • Be aware of the activities of building occupants, and of any proposals to make changes to the building (e.g. extensions, alterations, refurbishment, change of use)
  • Usage of PVL Properties innovative property management software on SAP platform
  • Liaise with tenants
  • Negotiate renewals

Required skills:

  • Good spoken, written skills and computer literate
  • Excellent people skills - ability to communicate/negotiate effectively with a range of people.
