Group Aftercare Co-ordinator:

With growth and success comes the need to expand our customer care team, the Pura Bathrooms Group are looking for three enthusiastic and committed people to join our team and provide the best service for our customers.

The Pura Bathrooms Group is built up of three successful companies within the Kitchen and Bathroom industry. Based at our headoffice in Crowborough, boasting modern offices and facilities, we service the whole of the UK within varying sectors of an ever evolving market.

The role entails a variety of differing tasks, including aftersales management, receiving and instigating telephone calls, providing full and proper customer service for all aftersales enquiries, and much more. The Pura Bathrooms Group encompasses three companies, Pura Bathrooms Ltd, Flova UK Ltd and Deuco Bathroom Furniture Ltd, providing scope for progression within the business, as well as varying opportunities.

Key Attributes:

• Experience within the Customer Service sector, preferably specialising in After sales

• Strong organisation skills

• Confident telephone manner

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and act accordingly

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

08:30 - 17:00
