We are currently looking for a Supply, Planning & Purchasing Controller.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Accurate execution of the Purchase Plan
· Preparation and control of Purchase Planning Meeting
· Placing Purchase Orders
· Manage negotiation process with Regional and International supply teams
· Prepare Purchase Plan summary
· Manage purchase vs demand
· Review of rolling supply vs demand
· Investigate supply deviations and take corrective action
· Creating and maintaining availability systems
· Departmental support
· Monitoring Key Projects

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

- Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process

- Be numerate, logical and accurate

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
