Wir bieten Dir:

· Unterstützung und Koordination von täglichen operativen Geschäftsereignissen
· Aufbereitung von Excel Berichten für Bestellverhandlungen
· Administrativer und analytischer Support für das Purchase Order Management Team
· Intensive Kooperation mit anderen Supply Chain Management Teams verantwortlich für Planning & Forecasting sowie mit der globalen Puma Group Sourcing und anderen Areas innerhalb Europas
· Visualisierung und Vorbereitung von Präsentationen sowie Reports
· Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von unternehmensweiten sowie internationalen Bestellmanagementlösungen und Tools
· Analyse von European Forecasts für den Ausgleich von Nachfrage und Angebot

PUMA offers performance and sport-inspired lifestyle products in categories such as Football, Running, Training, Fitness, Golf and Motorsports. The Supply Chain team is responsible for all areas of Supply Chain Management. This involves the progression from demand planning and forecasting right through to the customer sales order and raw materials stage, supply, production and distribution of products to the customer. Working together with Puma subsidiaries, Sourcing, IT and other international functions will play an important role. Due to the nature of the job, being an analytical thinker with a strong affinity to numbers are crucial skills. Communication skills are also very important due to the fact that PUMA is an international company. Duration of internship: 6 months, starting in January 2016 at PUMA in Herzogenaurach.

We offer:

·  Support and coordinate daily operative business cases
·  Preparation of Excel reports for order placement negotiations
·  Provide administrative and analytical support for the Purchase Order Management team
·  Intensive cooperation with other Supply Chain Management teams responsible for regional Planning & Forecasting as well as with global Puma Group Sourcing and other areas within Europe
·  Visualization and preparation of presentations as well as reports
·  Support projects to develop and enhance Corporate as well as International Order Management solutions and tools
·  Analyze European forecasts in order to balance demand & supply

Das erwarten wir von Dir:

· Nur immatrikulierte Studenten mit abgeschlossenem Grundstudium/Bachelor
· Vorzugsweise in BWL, Logistik, Supply Chain Management
· Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Excel
· Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS PowerPoint
· Grundkenntnisse in MS Access Datenbanken
· Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
· Grundverständnis von allgemeinen Supply Chain Management Themen
· Starke analytische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an komplexe Fragestellungen
· Hochmotivierter, kommunikativer und proaktiver Team Player mit der Fähigkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten

We expect:

·  Enrolled students only with completed bachelor’s degree
·  Preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
·  Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
·  Advanced knowledge in MS PowerPoint
·  Basic database knowledge in MS Access
·  Very good English skills (written and spoken)
·  Basic understanding of general Supply Chain Management topics
·  Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex questions
·  Highly motivated, communicative and proactive team player with the ability to work independently
