Become a member of our successful Facilities team based in Westford, MA, USA. We are currently looking for an intern.

Responsibilities:
·  Assist facilities department to maintain a World Class office environment
·  Assist facilities department with setting up new hires, and transfers with their desk and phone needs
·  Report any issues with building maintenance to proper department
·  Maintain vendor visitor log with dates and maintenance performed notes
·  Assist with shipping and receiving
·  Help to maintain a top rate reception area and customer welcoming environment
·  Perform minor repairs if able
·  Assist all departments, who need help, maintaining their area and keeping the space safe and secure for all workers
·  Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.

Qualifications:
·  High school diploma
·  Strong Organizational and time management skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft office programs
·  Excellent Verbal and Written skills
