Pulse are now looking to recruit a Booking Coordinator to join their well established and growing London Nursing Division based in Kings Cross, London.
At A Glance:
This role will sit within our lively Pulse@Home team, a group focused on providing the highest level of care to adults and children within the community. This is a very close-knit team with a vested interest in each others' success, and working in this team will see applicants:
- Identifying and placing the correct carer for shifts, maximising staff bookings by accurate entry of availability and bookings, maintaining and updating company databases and ensuring timely and accurate data entry of Bank and Agency timesheets
- Liaise with ward managers and carers on a regular basis, always showing a high degree of professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a customer-focused attitude to your duties at all times
- Assisting in ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and cleared to work, working within the relevant quality policies and procedures as well as our own recruitment procedures, ensuring that every carer is fully qualified to deliver a high quality of care to affected patients
About You:
Candidates for this role should enjoy and excel in building relationships with associates and clients, be an excellent communicator and genuinely enjoy talking with people. This team works closely with the patients and families of those receiving care, so compassion and a genuine desire to help them is essential.
Determined and self-motivated applicants are a much, with previous experience in a target driven environment and a genuine will to succeed being ideal for this position! Exposure to the NHS or wider healthcare sector, particularly within community home care, is a desirable but by no means essential quality.
