About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Product Data Assistant to join product data team. This is an extremely exciting opportunity in a young and entrepreneurial environment in a quick-growth company within the jewellery e-commerce sector.
As well as taking ownership of all aspects of product data (including product measurements and weights, product meta details, accurate descriptions and titles etc.) you will work closely with the Product Data Manager in developing scalable data processes to help support the business as it grows, correct historical data discrepancies, and assist our e-commerce sales execs as they translate and expand our product catalogue into new European markets.
The role is based in our South London offices in Bermondsey, with a starting salary of £18,000 - 21,000/Annum pro rata + bonus and benefits (including gym membership & pension). This is a part-time role for 2-3 days/week.
You will be required to:
- Accurately measure and record new items of jewellery
- Assist with data entry in Excel & Database
- Answer product data queries about current stock for team members
- Maintain accurate product information on the database and sales channels
About You
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:
- A sensational eye for detail
- Proficience in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly within excel, and a high level of comfort working with different IT platforms once training has been provided;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English;
- Ability to follow instructions
An interest in jewellery is desirable but not essential.
