The Media Analyst works with the Publicis Groupe agencies and clients on beta tests of new product offerings.  He/she will offer hands-on support and oversight for agency teams as they investigate new offerings, and serve as a resource for agencies on DSP offerings, functionalities, best case uses, etc.  This position will own initial campaigns for clients new to the space, allowing them time to comfortably onboard new programmatic teams, and act as overflow resources for complex campaigns.  The Media Analyst will provide learnings and feedback to the Solutions Development team to enhance product offerings prior to broader roll-outs.

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms, and active campaign optimization.  Media Analysts must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.

Responsibilities:

·  Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations

·  Formulate proposals for new client opportunities

·  Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch

·  Offer consultative support to agency teams implementing new VivaKi solutions

·  Support the analytics practice within the Incubation team, through data management and data analysis, with key responsibility of delivering optimization tactics

·  Evaluate data fields from multiple sources and design reporting dashboards highlighting key performance indicators

·  Identify reporting and data discrepancies and support process for quality assurance

·  Design reporting templates and dashboards that can be systematically produced and scalable across multiple campaigns

·  Interpret data sets and produce data cuts for optimization towards campaign goals

·  Participate in and inform research efforts, where applicable

·  Test and rollout new product offerings

·  Attend client meetings, as needed

·  Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new products and solutions

Additional information

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree or higher

·  2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations

·  Must think creatively, identifying problems, and offering solutions

·  Programmatic experience a plus

·  Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues

·  Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions

·  Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills with knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, and ROI

·  Excellent communication and writing skills

·  Strong project management skills

·  Strong desire to contribute to a team
