Copyeditor and Proofreader

Job description

Our Copyeditors/Proofreaders are responsible for editing and proofing all print materials for our client work. This will include ads, catalogs, collateral materials and direct mail pieces as well as proposals and correspondence.   Copyeditors make editing suggestions approximately 70% of their time and proofread approximately 30% of their time.   The Copyeditor interacts on all levels with all facets of Print Production including Creative, Account, Project Management and Legal teams.   This position requires: * A minimum four-year degree in English, Journalism or related subject * Minimum 3 years proofreading and copy editing experience, preferably related to advertising, automotive or marketing print materials. * Experience in and willingness to proof long copy.   For immediate consideration, please apply online.   Thank you!
