The Leo Burnett – Personifi Way
Leo Burnett – Personifi works in a collaborative fashion with both Clients and our internal teammates in Business Leadership, Creative, and Strategists. The charge: integrate CRM communication into a human-focused marketing plan. We’ll harness the vast information already on-hand in Client customer files and databases to shape and deliver communications tailored to a Person. Vital to our efforts is the compilation and assessment of results that impact future campaigns.

Leo Burnett – Personifi Empowers
With a focus on Analytics, you’ll be empowered to:
• Become a storyteller with our Clients’ data, working to uncover deep analytical insights to drive high-impact results.
• Plan, execute, and communicate the results of CRM programs in support of Client business. Analyze the impact of direct communications, including social, direct mail, email and web interactions on market share, and promotional program response. Develop measurement and testing plans to refresh tactics and optimize results.
• Generate promotion response reporting. Supplement that reporting with database and web analytics using Query and Reporting Tools (e.g., SAS, WebTrends), collaborating with counterparts from Business Leadership, Creative, and Strategists.
• Create in-depth strategic analytics that inform our Clients’ annual marketing plans. Identify solutions to Client problems as well as new opportunities that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the plan.

The Right Person Has:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytic-focused field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences, Economics, Computer Science) is required. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience using data analytic tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, SQL) is preferred.
• Experience with Excel macros and Visual Basic is preferred.
• Experience using web and social media analytic tools (e.g., Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics, Radian6) is preferred.
• Experience in a related field such as CRM, database marketing, social analytics, campaign analytics, and data analysis is a plus.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative problem solving skills are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
