The successful candidate must possess the necessary attributes to perform the following: " Effective interpersonal and communication skills " Detailed understanding of digital inventory control / job management systems " Strong analytical and problem solving skills " Excellent verbal and written communications skills " Excellent personal organisation and business administration skill. " Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under time deadlines and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality " Willingness to learn, improve and adapt. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: " Monthly reporting and analysis of Incentiv financial results to Head office and to Management " Preparation of Incentiv financial forecasts in collaboration with Incentiv management " Reconciliation and tracking of monthly revenue by client from rewards and loyalty campaigns " Cash flow management of the Incentiv business " Improve and maintain rewards inventory records to ensure the integrity and accuracy thereof. " Coordinate with the Client Service and Call Centre teams to ensure records related to inventory are properly maintained. " Manage the process around the purchase of, and control over, rewards inventory, reconciliations of rewards usage, billings to clients and job margins " Report the Inventory balances and allocations to jobs - Investigate, Resolve and Report shortfalls and surplus inventory and margin variances " Monitor and evaluate job cost allocations and margins. " Produce weekly inventory reports and ensure critical areas in inventory records are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved. " Provide detailed analysis of all margins by job and by client " Reconcile and calculate quarterly sales commissions for commission earning resources Minimum requirements: " Minimum tertiary qualification in Accounting, ideally with strong cost accounting experience " Minimum 3 - 5 Years' experience " Chase production system experience
