Job description

MSL is looking for a detail-oriented  Administrative Assistant (Billing)  to support one of our account teams with billing and administrative tasks in our Seattle office (Lower Queen Anne). This work will be instrumental to the successful execution of plans and strategies for our client.

 Our ideal candidate is VERY detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and ready to be immersed in all of the administrative and logistical details of a complex, multi-project account. 

Responsibilities

·  Work closely with Account Managers and Sr. Finance Manager on client billing and vendor invoicing
·  Create expense reports
·  Create and process purchase orders
·  Create invoices and prepare back-up documents
·  Provide administrative support
·  Develop new processes to streamline tasks
·  Keep calendars and media lists
·  Attend account planning and status meetings
·  Assist in organizing logistical details of events, campaigns etc.
·  Conduct research to support PR planning and
·  Other duties and projects as needed

Requirements

·  Experience working with enterprise finance and billing systems preferred
·  High attention to detail
·  Well-organized, able to work with deadlines 
·  Analytical approach
·  Excellent communication skills
·  2 – 4 years administrative experience
·  Ability to prioritize and multi-task
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
·  Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
·  Excellent time management skills
