We are a boutique management consulting firm with our main office located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and a small office here in London, Kensington Olympia. We offer our clients a one stop shop for all of their business needs through 3 divisions:
1. Advisory Services: From strategy development to business process re-engineering and digital transformation, this arm covers all things processes, systems, and people development
2. Media and Marketing: Supporting clients with all their marketing objectives, providing everything from Marketing Strategy, Design and Production, Media Planning and Buying, and Digital Marketing solutions
3. Learning and Development: Customized and off the shelf training and talent management programmes
We are looking for an intern to work with our Director of Consulting in London on a number of initiatives including managing existing clients, business development, marketing, and project support on a few projects.
Candidates should be eager, self-motivated and willing to try and test new tools and techniques in support of business needs. You should have a strong background in business management and/or marketing, programme design and basic project management skills as well as excellent communication, research, and presentation skills (Working Knowledge of InDesign is a big plus)
You will be working on developing customized training programmes for existing and prospective clients in the MENA region, researching leading practices, drafting proposals, designing content, engaging with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, and much more.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a number of interesting projects and learn and develop practical business skills across sales, business development, training, consulting, and marketing. You must be willing to potentially travel (expenses paid) to Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Kuwait to oversee and coordinate projects.
Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar programme
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong content and research skills
Strong presentation skills using powerpoint and InDesign (is a plus)
Basic Project Management Skills
Basic Knowledge of Marketing principles and digital marketing channels
