We are currently working with a leading global media company to create a documentary about the role of technology in improving wellbeing. We have created a measurement app for this project, similar to Mappiness (www.mappiness.org.uk), and we need someone to analyse the data using R, Postgres and multiple regression techniques, and generate exciting insight reports from this.

Second, is a real-time data visualization dashboard using Tableau to help visualise the behaviours and psychological wellbeing of individuals within organisations, so they the organisation can identify strengths and opportunities and which factors matter most to their workforce.

What we are offering:
Friendly, open-minded and collaborative team
Opportunity to be involved in a high growth wellbeing start up
Involvement in an exciting project likely to generate wide media coverage
Ability to build and develop your data analysis skills supported by CEO (and former Actuary)
Central London location (Southwark)
Flexible working hours
Ability to secure a full time, competitively paid position after the internership

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
A small but fast growing start-up creating innovative technology to measure and enhance psychological states for individuals, researchers and organisations. Our unique people analytics platform helps develop tailored native apps for capturing wellbeing data AND improving it through our scalable digital mental and physical wellbeing courses. Our mission is to help people and environments become healthier and happier places to live and work.

CTO George leads on the measurement side, having mapped the nation’s wellbeing with the Mappiness app. Our experience sampling methodology (ESM) platform has been used by over 100,000 individuals and counting, and our award winning research apps often get featured widely in the press. CEO Nick leads on interventions, as the former Head of Research for successful mindfulness app Headspace. Earlier this year, our mindfulness app ‘Rebalance with Mindfulness’ was featured on the app store as a ‘New App Apple Loves.’
