Business Travel Consultant - Implant, London, £Excellent

Our client is a Global Business Travel Company who have an opportunity for a high performing Business Travel Consultant to join a small Implant based in central London. The Business Travel Team pick up all elements of customer travel requests which are client specific.

The responsibilities of the Business Travel Consultant are;

• Book travel for designated client which includes all aspects of travel
• Utilise bookings through GDS
• Ensure requests make use of preferred supplier programme where possible
• Follow client travel policies at all time
• Provide 'best fit' travel arrangements for client
• Resolve basic client queries at source
• Maintain the highest possible level of customer experience
• Understand and positively influence key account delivery KPI's
• Operate with a high degree of accuracy

The key skills required of the Business Travel Consultant are;

• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service through professional communication to a client base with very high expectations
• Good destinations and industry knowledge
• Must have strong fares knowledge and GDS skills (Sabre or Galileo)
• Be accurate and articulate, a creative thinker and problem solver
• Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Develop great relationship building with bookers/travellers
