Property Consultant Intern

We are looking for a property management intern for our property company in Harlesden, London. Starting in June 2017, This is an exciting opportunity to join a new established property company and progress to management quickly! We are looking to train you from intern to manager within 2 years as part of our internship programme!

This position offers an invaluable opportunity to build your skills and establish a solid foundation of experience. Property Network are independent agency that specialize in residential sales, lettings and property management in Harlesden, Willesden, Kensal Green, Notting Hill and surrounding areas.

Expenses will be paid each day for food and travel.

Job Duties

-Registering applicants

- Contacting landlords

- Updating our tenant database

- Helping with the marketing of our properties

- Assisting with mailings

- Organising viewings

- Producing property inspection information

- Booking photographers

- Updating and maintaining client and property details on the company database

The internship is for 12 months were a senior position will be available upon completion and steady career path. After which you may be evaluated for a full time placement at the company for a paid permanent position.

- Have excellent English speaking skills

- Be confident speaking on the phone

- Able to start in May 2017 Able to work from 10.00am -6.00pm Monday to Friday

Commission will be paid for this role for any sales, lettings and mortgages referrals.
