Position

If you are the eager, ambitious and promising Electromechanical Engineer that we are looking for, you will be working in a young, dynamic environment on challenging, multi-disciplinary projects in a high-tech environment. You are responsible for the development of inductive components suchs as linear motors, transformers, inductors, and current sensors. All this developments are for a wide variety of markets and products such as windmills, cameras and for example the automotive industry. You will be involved in the entire design process. This includes responsibilities such as writing specifications, discussions with our customers, designing, qualification and finally releasing for production. Within Prodrive almost all qualification assets and means of production are available. For example, climate chambers, dust chambers, electro-dynamic shakers, IP chambers, (high speed) milling equipment, molding equipment and potting equipment.

Profile

• MSc Electrical Engineering;


• 0-5 years of experience with (linear) electric motors;


• 0-5 years of experience with power electronics;


• 0-5 years of experience with Electromagnetic Finite Element Method;


• The desire and drive to excel in your field of work.

Development works mainly on a project basis and is responsible for the development of electronic, mechanical and software solutions. Operations takes care of the production, assembly, testing and life cycle management of electronic products and systems in a range of 1 to 50.000 per year. The Development and Operations groups are support by a Sales department and a small Organization Support Group.
