If so, Marketing Technology may befor you!

We are looking for a Marketing Technologist who possesses strong technical skills. These skillswill be applied to our digital loyalty program to enable P&G to successfully execute CRM, & Searchand Media performance marketing programs. You would be an essential enabler located at theintersection of marketing, data, and analytics. Technical expertise and strategic attitude are thekey to success. You will help organizations with the tools of modern marketing needed to engagetoday’s digitally savvy. You are the change agent working within IT and across the company todeliver the vision!

Asa Marketing Technologist you will

·  Deliver real time insights and business transformation opportunities that improve our key measures,inform new business models and optimize digital operations.
·  Deliver consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architecturalchoices leading to data integration, activation/execution, sufficiency and enrichment.
·  Lead technical projects including platform and functionality expansion.
·  Manage website connections and data pipeline.
·  Lead hands on execution of program email, sweepstakes and coupons while working with marketing agency to test/measure marketing activities.
·  Partner with architects, service teams and development partners to communicate business needs,align plans, tackle problems, and deliver results.
·  Develop and maintain KPI Dashboard while providing technical expertise to Brand Manager/Associate Brand Director.

The ideal candidate will

·  Be experienced across a variety of key marketing IT areas which include Consumer Relationship,Marketing (CRM), Search (SEM, SEO, Analytics), Web/Mobile Digital Presence & Traffic Generation,Digital Media & Programmatic Media Buying, Social Insights and Analytics, and Content Management.
·  Be an expert at data management and analytics with extensive use of various tools and applicationsthat allow you to access, prioritize, manipulate, and mine data as well as display and communicateinsights.
·  Have a good foundational understanding of consumer privacy and Cyber Security.
·  Be a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills and can work collaborativelyacross functions.
·  Be focused in your execution and comfortable leading digital thinking across organizations and brands.
·  Break down silos and build a single unifying view that puts end-consumers center of our programs toengage them seamlessly across all touch points.
·  Have experience with CRM and leverage data to deliver precision marketing to optimize consumerengagement and LTV.
Qualifications

Required

·  A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering,Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics.
·  3-5 years marketing technology experience related to platform implementation, applicationownership, and CRM marketing.
·  3-5 years of experience with data management and analytics related to deriving insights andtransformation opportunities (ex.: score carding).
·  3-5 years of technical experience executing email programs, utilizing retention science,segmentation, data flow validation, and tagging.
·  Demonstrated project management skills related to partnering with cross functional business areas,managing multiple projects end to end, managing 3rd party vendors, and identifying businessproblems and driving solutions.

Preferred

·  Experience working on web development, first party data collection programs and developing abusiness plan or idea.
·  Exposure to rewards programs, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads.
·  Exposure to analytics tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
·  Ability to disseminate complex technical problems to business owners in plain language.
·  Availability to work outside of typical business hours (ex.: during the evenings and weekends asrequired, sometimes with little advanced notice).
