Role Overview

Behind the scenes at Pro:Direct everything is extremely fast paced. As sports seasons/tournaments begin and end across multiple categories, so does our customers demand for new products.

Our Retail Operations Team are the engine that feeds the latest products through to Photography and Retouching. They are the coordinators/product managers that get products launched, capture what is in demand and determine which products need further promotion.

Due to continuous growth we are now seeking sports savvy, data driven administrator to join TeamProDirect as a eCommerce Co-ordinator.

You will manage the entire product journey ensuring the product is scheduled for photography and retouching, guarantee all content/pricing is completed prior to launch. You will also get to put your excel skills to the test by providing daily stats and insight on product movement.

Having a interest in either of the following sports would be essential Cricket, Rugby or Tennis.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring the flow and release of products;

- Producing weekly reports of stats and figures for all products within the Business Unit;

- Ensuring that all products are kept up to date on all Sites;

- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with vendor representatives;

- Working closely with colleagues both within your department and across the business to ensure that deadlines are met.

Key Requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of reconciliations processes;

- Excellent Excel skills in order to produce complex reports;

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience;

- Maintain a professional attitude and demeanour, including courteous interactions with team members and other departments;

- Good communication skills and be able to provide clear and concise instructions/briefs.

- A genuine interest in either rugby/tennis/cricket
