KEY DUTIES & SKILLS
•Generate and source high caliber talent using the latest social media channels, networking, attend creative/design shows and graduate fairs, etc
•Ensure our talent database is kept up to date
•Support the TA Manager on upcoming projects and vacancies for both temporary and permanent recruitment.
•Engage and build relationships with candidates, encouraging them to apply and selling our employer brand
•Develop and maintain job postings, coordinate interviews and assist in the selection of candidates and manage the interview process
•Provide timely feedback to all candidates
•Complete or assist with other recruitment, talent and HR projects as assigned to enhance employer services and processes
•contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes recommending and implementing changes when required
•Supporting the recruitment and selection function including placing adverts; processing invoices; chasing references; arranging short-listing and interview packs; contacting candidates, agencies and managers to arrange interviews; and any other associated duties.
