The Role

You will manage and service an existing client base as well as business develop with new and former clients. You will be required to build rapport with clients, maintaining a high level of customer service. You will have responsibility for candidate recruitment and retention to facilitate new and existing clients. You will be required to understand the needs of your client base and be able to attract suitable candidates. You will be required to make sales calls, book client visits with new and existing schools, and ultimately develop business on your desk in line with set objectives within a challenging sales environment.

You

• Do you have a proven track record of developing and maintaining your own client base, and building a successful desk?

• Are you motivated by achieving and exceeding targets?

• Do you have a skill for matching the right candidate to the job and thrive on knowing your candidates and clients inside out?

• Do you have a "can do" attitude, integrity, ambition and a strong will to succeed?

• Are you customer focused and have the experience, professionalism and adaptability to exceed client and candidate expectations?

• Do you hold a FULL UK driving licence or have the ability to travel between sites?

Experience of working within the education recruitment sector, or within an education environment would be a distinct advantage.
