As the Vendor Administrator , you will support the Channels Technology domain in the administration of our vendors: including invoicing and POs, contract workflow management, being a single point of contact internally and externally for all vendor-related activity, and process development and improvement in the administration of the Channels vendor portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  Act as the single point of contact for the Channels domain as PO requisitioner both internally to Primark and externally to our partners. This will involve taking ownership of the end-to-end process for being able to engage and pay a vendor, and coordinating the various stakeholders involved including Procurement, Legal, Finance and our vendors.
·  Maintain, update, and seek to improve required trackers and reports that enable the Channels leadership team to have visibility of all Resourcing and Contract activity.
·  Working with the Channels Finance Analyst to ensure vendors’ SOWs & billing align with the budgetary forecasts. i.e., highlighting contractual changes / additional services added on / extra costs incurred / billing schedules and estimated periodical costs / any delays or acceleration of payments that would affect forecasts / ensuring POs are raised in line with cost centre requirements in a timely manner.
·  Ensure all Contractor resource details and updated in a timely manner in our People Systems and Resource trackers What You’ll Bring

·  Experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but it is not a must - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn, problem-solving, “can-do” attitude and your blend of communication and organisation skills that will count.
·  New vendor creation.
·  Knowledge of an ERP system.
·  Proficient with Excel.
·  Experience in the day-to-day support for IT third-party relationships, including vendor lifecycle from project screening, onboarding, contract reviews, ongoing monitoring, risk assessment, and termination.
·  Experience in ensuring policies and procedures meet all regulatory requirements.
