We are looking for you a  Security Programme Awareness Coordinator   to join our team here in Primark where you will be focused on managing and mitigating risk introduced by human behaviour and the relevant mitigations required to reduce that risk.

Reporting to the Information Security Officer you will be expected to drive an Information Security Awareness programme across the organisation (Head Office and Retail). The programme will focus on risk mitigation at all levels: employee, contractor or supplier. In parallel the candidate will work closely with Technology ensuring that new technologies are both secure and user friendly. Particular emphasis will be placed on changing behaviours and ensuring employees understand how to identify and report potential security issues.  

Top Tasks: 
·  Rollout of Elearning security module working closely with selected supplier to ensure successful and seamless delivery
·  Tracking completion of all modules and creating management reports to support
·  Working with the business to identify high risk areas and address with tailored training through the relevant channels (workshops, face-to-face, intranet-based).
·  Coordinating phishing simulation programme and tracking progress
·  Working closely with Technology teams to ensure end user products are built with both functionality and security in mind  
·  Work collaboratively on implementing a new Data Classification standard throughout the organisation and identifying technology enablers to support rollout
·  Developing an understanding of Shadow IT and how it is being used in the business. Working with ICT and suppliers to identify secure alternatives
·  Develop ad hoc awareness campaigns to address a specific risk or type of employees.
·  Working with Internal Comms, Learning and Development and Store managers to coordinate campaigns
·  Working with Data Protection coordinator to ensure employees understand potential data breaches and how to report them
Need to haves:  
·  Be outgoing, energetic and capable of delivering programmes from start to finish
·  Be a strong communicator and be able to generate high quality materials that reflect the organisation’s culture.
·  Have previous experience of introducing information security awareness programmes in a similar sized organisation
·  Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Office 2016 and Windows 10 and their capabilities
·  Ideally have some experience of working and implementing data classification standard and adopting supporting tools
·  Ideally have an IT/ Information Security qualification but this is not essential. Candidates with Marketing or Learning and Development backgrounds will also be considered provided they have relevant experience.
