This role will work within the Brand and Communications teams in conjunction with the Buying and Merchandising teams and link the product, buying and marketing channels end to end ensuring we maximise on creative and commercial opportunities.

What You’ll do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
· Partnering with the Buying, Merchandising and Design, Brand and Communications and Retail teams
· Capture the feedback and views of the Buying, Merchandising and Design teams and channel to the relevant Brand and Communications teams
· Translating a buying and merchandising strategy into a Brand and Communications strategy to deliver cohesive customer journey
· Facilitate Critical Path Management with Buying, Merchandising, Design and Brand and Communications team
· Manage individual project critical paths in line with dept. seasonal strategy
· Ensure good working knowledge of business-critical plans within the Buying, Merchandising and Design, Brand and Communications and Retail divisions
· Develops effective working relationship across the Buying, Merchandising, Design, Brand and Communications and Retail divisions
What you'll bring

· 3+ years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within a Fashion Retailer.
· Experience working in a Marketing/Brand or BMD (Buying, Merchandising & Design) dept.
· Works well in a team and independently & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative and product aware.
