PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) SUPERVISOR NEWCASTLE PRIMARK
starting August/September 2018

·  16hpw working Saturday & Sunday.
·  Bank Holiday working will also be required as part of the role as well as the ability to be flexible in your working hours as and when demand dictates.
·  £8.61 per hour – circa £7,163pa with 11.5 days annual leave.  
Working as part of a small team in our flagship Northumberland Street store, we are looking to recruit a passionate & enthusiastic individual to deliver on all transactional aspects of HR such as recruitment & induction, time & attendance, payroll, training & systems, with exposure to employee relations matters; supporting the seamless delivery of people support to the store in an effective & efficient way.

Applicants should have exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage & interact with colleagues & Managers at all levels, strong IT skills, an ability to plan & organise their work effectively with competing deadlines. Candidates will also be self-sufficient, proactive and be able to work on their own initiative. A genuine interest in HR is desirable but not essential.
