Digital Systems Coordinator

You’ll be responsible for the administration of a suite of digital systems, supporting the Primark digital platforms. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our data model, attributes, value dictionaries, colour swatches and business rules management to ensure a first-class digital experience for customers.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

·  Execute requests from Product Content team to add/edit/remove attributes within our data model - including value dictionaries, to ensure that our products are best represented on the website. Ensure appropriate attribute and data validation is in place to maintain quality standards.
·  Create prefix and suffix rules per attribute to ensure best practice for PDPs.
·  Manage the rules mapping between buying and digital hierarchies to reduce manual enrichment effort for product launches.
·  Manage our digital hierarchies in-line with new product type launches and removals.
·  Ensure daily reports are collated and provided to business users to inform on launch readiness for important campaigns.
What You’ll Bring

·  2+ years’ experience managing systems and user requests within a similar business.
·  Ability to work with cross-functional teams and across multiple stakeholders including system development partners.
·  Experience in creating and maintaining platform governance, including process flows and naming conventions.
·  Thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to deliver solutions in face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements.
·  Have an eye for detail and process. Effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
·  Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in different areas and at varying levels of seniority across business and technology.
