What You’ll Do as an Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
· Proactive Administration Support : Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Directors, ensuring smooth operations within the business area.
· Diary and Meeting Management : Efficiently coordinate schedules, organize internal and external meetings, and prepare necessary documentation in advance.
· Document Preparation : Produce accurate reports, presentations, and meeting materials, including agendas and minutes, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
· Travel Coordination : Oversee complex travel arrangements and logistics for Directors, including accommodation and necessary travel documentation.
· Point of Contact : Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external queries, overseeing communications and maintaining an organized electronic filing system.
What You’ll Bring

· Experienced Administrator : 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a large, fast-paced organization or as the key support in a smaller office.
· Discretion and Trustworthiness : Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
· Microsoft Office Proficiency : Comprehensive skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient document creation and management.
· Passion for Retail : A genuine interest in the retail industry, which will enhance your contributions to the team.
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Effective written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with proven interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
