As we continue to expand our global operations, our established and highly active Clinical Informatics team is now seeking an additional Project Associate.
A Project Associate will develop and maintain project management documents and tracking tools essential to all aspects of managing Clinical Informatics studies. Responsibilities in this role include:
- Organising Project Team and Client Meetings to include: scheduling, agendas, booking resources and prepare meeting materials. Also taking and distributing minutes.
- Maintaining and distributing Project documents including study timelines and project plans.
- Generation and maintenance of organizational charts, newsletters, mass mailings.
- Developing and maintaining team contact lists, organizational charts, team calendars, project specific process flow charts, website, requesting and managing team resources.
- Managing study related reporting. Generating and formatting for accuracy internal project material prior to review, files and distributes to relevant department and personnel.
- General Administration duties
Desired Skills and Experience
We need a well-organised, approachable Project Associate to provide first class administrative and business support to our international clinical informatics team. Administrative experience gained within a CRO or pharma environment would be desirable although this is not essential and we can consider strong administrators without this background.
Strong IT skills are essential, in particular MS Excel and the ability to take and type up accurate minutes. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Fluency in English is essential and we are able to consider both new recent graduates and more experienced administrators.
