Land Graduate - Residential Developer - Surrey - £25,000

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a High end Residential Developer who build luxury homes in Surrey and the surrounding counties .

They are looking to appoint a Graduate into their land and planning team to assist the Land Managers with the research and due diligence necessary for them to acquire development sites.

They are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree that is focused towards a career in land buying or town planning . Ie. Land Management / Real Estate / Estate Management / Town Planning / Spatial Planning / RICS accredited / RTPI accredited.

They would also consider a Geography graduate if they are focused on a career in property / land buying / town planning.

Candidates will need to live within a sensible commute and need to be able to drive.
