Barratt Homes are at the heart of this growth and due to rapid expansion within its South East region, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of graduate quantity surveyors to join their busy commercial teams based in Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Berkshire.

The Commercial team deals with everything to do with cost-effective building, including quantity surveying, estimating, procurement and material buying in order to produce a quality product in a cost effective, efficient manner.

You will help to support the commercial department, developing your skills and experience over time to manage your own new build, residential projects.
