Junior Marketing Coordinators required to join our team working with a boutique luxury concierge catering to an international clientele of HNWIs & UHNIs. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain marketing, planning, communication, and leadership experience within the hospitality industry.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in creating a 'corporate' marketing strategy and implementation plan, working closely with Brand Manager.
Support the marketing team in implementing tactical events and programs.
Develop presentation documents and Excel spreadsheets as directed by Brand Manager and Sales & Business Development Manager.
Assist with managing direct marketing campaigns from planning to delivery, monitoring and evaluation. This will include newsletter creation and distribution, email campaigns management, online and print (business cards, brochures, etc.)
Assist in production of advertising, marketing and sales kits or other promotional materials, as required.
Assist with planning and execution of marketing/partnership collaboration events as directed by Brand Manager including any preparations required (this includes exclusive membership and partnership events).
Assist Sales & Business Development manager with partner engagement and collaboration. This will include managing collaboration request from potential partners and researching partners with the view to adding value to our services.
May be required write articles and coordinate development of design layouts for communication materials.
Assist with tracking website analytics.
Assist with other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales department.

Desired profile

THE RIGHT PERSON
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Attention to detail, self-motivated and a good time manager
Ideally you should be studying Advertising, PR or Marketing
Knowledge or experience of social media marketing are desirable
A keen interest and or good understanding of the luxury industry
Comfortable working remotely with flexible working hours
Creative and innovative
