Social Media and PR Intern

Job description

We are a new luxury jewellery brand seeking a Social Media and PR Intern with a passion for Luxury Marketing and Communications to join us.

You will have the desire and ability to communicate luxury, generating content and concepts to engage customers, develop brand awareness and increase followers on our social media platforms.
This position is ideal for someone interested in Luxury Marketing and Communications looking to gain some valuable work experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Posting on Social Media platforms and engaging with followers and influencers
-Sourcing content for social media platforms
-Planning and scheduling social media posts
-Managing the social media accounts
-Monitoring, measuring and evaluating activity
-Maintaining tonality and consistency of brand
-Contacting journalists and stylists (verbal by phone and written)
- Seeking PR opportunities for product placements
-Helping to generate content for blog

Desired profile

-A good command of English both written and verbal
-Ability to communicate luxury and develop concepts
-A love of engaging with people
-Excellent researching skills
-A passion for luxury
-Able to commit to at least 7.5 hours weekly, 1.5 hrs. per day over 5 days
-Image editing skills are a bonus

The internship is on a part-time basis working 1-2 days a week for 3 months, with potential opportunity of part-time employment thereafter.
