1

1.0 Quality Problem Solving

·  Is responsible to define, review, improve and release PPAP related processes and their application.

 

2.0 Management of Planned Plant Changes  / Engineering change request PSW

·  Review development of Internal & Supplier Process Flow ,PFMEA and the control plans
·  Supports the Master  samples sign off (When Required)
·  Leads the initial samples PPAP submission and Customer run at rate together with the Plant Quality Manager.(Ref Plant change)
·  Knowledge of JLR tools such as Covisint, ECAR(s), PPAP check list, Problem Alerts & WERS

·  Familiar with JLR processes such as Sub K (SC & CC) and AAR

·  Review together with the manufacturing engineering, CI and HSE, the Standard Work (SPS, SWI) for all production processes.
·  Familiar with Nissan Quality documentation.

·  APQP Knowledge.

·  Knowledge of SPC:- variable, attribute studies and gauge R&R studies.
·  Intermediate / Advanced level MS Excel spread sheet experience

·  Attend engineering change reviews; update progress; report PSW status.

 

3.0 Process Control (Control Plan Adherence)

·  Update, file and archive all documents related to his/her activity

 

4.0 Continuous Improvement

·  Participates in the Quality Improvement Roadmap activity - as assigned
·  Contributes to installing preventive actions to avoid internal and customer issues.
·  Actively support the plant training using the AE University modules.
·  Actively lead and support LL and DFQ process

 

5.0  People Management
