JOB SUMMARY
IS&S SAP Analyst is responsible for analysis, support, project coordination and implementation of Business Systems Solutions. Customer contact and a solid understanding of ERP and the business process are integral to the success of the role. Work is performed in a fast paced environment within tight time constraints. Unusual hours and travel may be required.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The ISS SAP analyst reports directly to the Americas Regional Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Regional Support of ERP application environment; enhancements, issue resolution and process optimization (USA, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil)
· Takes ownership of support issues providing solutions in a timely manner
· Develop technical specifications based upon project and business strategy
· Creation, implementation, deployment, support and upgrade of processes
· Analyze, define and recommend process improvement initiatives
· Maintain open issues list, risks and vital signs
· Participate and provide input to global projects that support the region
· Map business functions using standard tools with due diligence to ensure global consistency
· Maintain and coordinate all aspects of Regional SAP support for projects/operations
· Develop and maintain user documentation up-to-date
· Provide coordination and / or lead user training
· Identifies internal product, documentation and process deficiencies and makes suggestions for continuous improvement
· Advocate the best practice of SAP usage and facilitate key user networking within the related business area.
· Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Strong understanding of SAP, specialized on MM/PP.
· SAP PM, WM, SD or ABAP knowledge is a plus.
· Understanding of other business applications, like PLM, shopfloor, etc.
· Strong understanding of common application and infrastructure tools and systems.
· Knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and EDI processes
· Must be able to manage time and determine priorities.
· Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data.
· Ability to research and adapt tools and keep up with market evolution.
· Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.

· Must be flexible, available and creative.

· Travel is required
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Business/IT
· Minimum of 3 years Business/Automotive experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis of business
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP (Preferred MM/PP/PM)
