The Auto Inergy division has more than 7,000 employees at 35 industrial sites in 19 countries, and in 2016 provided 20 million fuel systems for the main automobile manufacturers.
Main assignments
- Responsible of Design and Validation for the Development of Ultrasonic Level, Concentration, Temperature Sensors for Automotive SCR systems application in cooperation with an American Supplier and the POAI’s Application team in Compiegne
- Develop and deliver technical expertise related to the Component into the Company.
Main activities
Activity 1: Responsible of Design and Validation for the Development of an Adblue Level Sensor for Automotive SCR systems application in cooperation with an American Supplier and the POAI’s Application team in Compiegne
- Contribution to the design of the component for its integration into the ADM, and into the SCR system in cooperation with the American Supplier SSI located in Lake Mills (Michigan).
- Contribution to the design for assembly process design for the components he/she is in charge of, for the POAI’s manufacturing.
- Analysis of Customers specifications for his/her dedicated component.
- Definition and follow-up of components Validation Plan tests in front of the POAI’s Customers.
Activity 2 : Develop and deliver technical expertise related to the Component into the Company.
- Development of the expertise: simulation of the Ultra sonic propagation into Adblue depending on the influencing parameters like conductivity, chemical , additives, temperature, concentration
- Consolidation of the expertise : writing technical reports, design guidelines, wikipage in Incyclopedia
- Intervention near POAI’s customers for supporting the Project team, for the components he/she is in charge of.
- Interventions near POAI’s Suppliers, benchmark of Supplier’s product/process.
Profile:
- Engineering School in Mechatronics
- SCR system knowledge
- Electronics knowledge
- Signal process control knowledge
- Test procedure and DOE writing
- Project management knowledge
- Possible patents applications
- Development tools in Automotive (Robust design, DFMEA, Target cost, DOE, DV/PV, SPC,…)
- Good French and English language skills
- Good knowledge of information tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Location: USA (Troy)
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 12 to 18 months
